Tuning Out The TV
It’s often the little things that mean so much. In my case, the hubby’s recent purchase of wireless TV earphones might just have saved our marriage. This means that when I’m reading in bed at night, and he’s watching the 10:00 pm news on TV but with his headphones on, I don’t hear a thing. Nada. Zilch. Nothing about what’s going on in the world or our corner of it. Reading before bed is my time to chill out. (I’m up on what's going on. I just don’t want to fall asleep to it.)

My husband just bought me the little glasses things to hook up to my ipod so I can watch movies on em. It looks like you're looking at a big screen tv right in front of you. It's really cool. I like that I can watch what I want to watch in the car while the kids watch cartoons on the portable dvd player. I also like that it has a heavy duty case and battery included, which extends my battery life b y 8 hours. Also, my little men stole and hid my ipod docking/charging card thingy, but this one comes with one... Soo sweet. It's my favorite new toy after my ipod. They are called myvu personal media viewer.
