A Belated Shout Out To My Peeps
A (belated) shout out to my fellow sisters-in-maternal-employ. Hope your special day was extra-special! As for moi, I made the unorthodox decision to skip an hour's drive to attend a family barbeque, and sent the hubby and our daughter out to dinner a deux...leaving me in PJs with the paper. Bliss. Yup, I missed seeing my extended family but it was absolutely the right decision for me. Sometimes a mom's just gotta do what she's gotta do. Whatever you did, hope you enjoyed it!
